  揭牌仪式上,研究中心为天津社会科学院历史所原所长罗澍伟研究员、北京市社会科学院原副院长赵弘研究员、河北省社会科学院语言文学所所长郑恩兵研究员、上海社会科学院文学所副所长郑崇选研究员、四川省社会科学院《中华文化论坛》编辑部副主任彭东焕副研究员、天津社会科学院历史所所长任吉东研究员颁发了特聘专家证书。
